Isibat: A Web and Wireless Application for Collecting Urban Data about Seismic Risk. Isibat is a client-server application, based on both wireless networks and technologies and Geoweb software for collecting, analysing and visualizing in situ data. An iPhone application (available on the Apple Store), allows mobile users to collect data about buildings (to evaluate their vulnerability in a pre-seismic phase or to measure the damages in a post-seismic phase). Then the data stored on a server can be queried and visualized through a webmapping application.
